I am currently not taking on any more stained glass commissions or restorations. I am not giving classes either this winter or spring 2025 in traditional stained glass techniques. After 27 years of working to commission and making restoration works I have made the decision to stop designing and constructing leaded windows. I have accepted that building stained glass windows is a wonderful chapter of life which is now closed and I must move into a new chapter. I have had some serious health challenges and mobility issues which have lead me to this decision. It has been a challenging 18 months of managing my condition and changing my lifestyle for the better.
I would like to continue my life as an artist in a more gentle way drawing and painting, which has always been the basis of all my work. I shall be changing my website to include pages of my cards and paintings for sale in the coming months. I am looking forward to sharing my new chapter with you all.
A huge thank you to all who have commissioned me over the years, I have thoroughly enjoyed the research, visits, planning, designing and making stained glass for fabulous people and places. It is wonderful to know that over the years I have created beautiful windows of the soul, portals for the angels and some contemplative works in places of peace.
