Hello to all fellow creatives in the southern and northern hemispheres I hope you are well. This past year has been full of surprises, so I have had to slow down and take stock. I had an immune system health problem which took me by storm and therefore I have had to change my lifestyle completely. I am sure many people have these personal health issues for which we must change our way of thinking, working, foods, lifestyle to change ourselves for the better. Mind, body and spirit ! Fortunately I have continued to work but not at the full speed that I was doing. I am also painting more on beautiful watercolour paper and taking part in exhibitions. The current one is at the Bath RUH hospital I am part of a fabulous group of artists from Corsham. It will be up for the next few months if you are nearby please go to have a look.
I am working with my brilliant assistant Rachel Coleman-Morris she is like an apprentice, she is a primary school teacher and forest school expert. We have been busy beavers in the workshop restoring panels for a private commission. I have been teaching Rachel different methods of working with glass. Glass painting, lamp making and lead work, the design part of each of these methods is very important.
Courses
I will begin courses again in September so please check out my courses page this weekend for more information then call me or email me to book. There are people who would love to learn the Art of glass painting or make a stained glass panel for their home or office. I run small groups or private classes so everyone has my attention to ask questions and be answered. I am so looking forward to meeting new students in September for new classes it is always fun.
New work
I am going to the Bath RUH hospital on Friday to take photo’s of the exhibition which I shall post this weekend on social media. I am drawing and painting to make cards, notebooks and prints there are some card designs for sale made from my artwork here….

I take inspiration from my wild garden at this time of year it is blooming and vibrant ! Here in Wiltshire England everything is very green due to high rainfall this Spring but when it is sunny and bright the bees and butterflies are in abundance.
I am wishing you all health and happiness for a positive, peaceful and productive Summertime. Look after yourselves and keep creating beautiful things.
love and peace,
Annie x
